We combine the very best of traditional methods and master craftsmanship to provide you with deep buttoned arms and backs to give the classic touch, finished with studded front facing and solid wooden feet.

This cover includes common problems such as: Stains from food & drinks, acids, corrosives, bleach, dyes and paints, Dye transfer, including that from denim, throws and hair to both leather and fabric upholstery, Structural damage and issues such as excessive loss of resilience to cushion interiors, seam and stitching problems, lifting and peeling of leather. Frame Construction

The frames are made from A grade Birch Hardwood Timber which is extremely strong. All Frames are screw fixed, stapled with non exit nails and resin glued giving maximum support and strength.

Interior Base Construction

All our seat cushions come with zig-zag support springs to prevent sagging and then stabilized with a silent wire holding all the springs together giving the same tension on each spring, covered in a nylon fabric layer above the springs which gives extra support while still giving comfort

Seat Cushion

For all of our seat interiors we us a massive 7" Thick polyurethane foam which is a 40 high density foam or pocket sprung base which will ensure shape and support is not lost, this is then followed by a 400g decron wrap which is wrapped around the seat foam to give extra support.

Back Cushion

All our back cushions are filled with sumptuous 12-15 denier layers of hollow fiber filling, all the fiber is self carded in our own factory then power blown into the cushions to give maximum support.

Production

All our sofas are hand made to order and manufactured to UK Safety and Quality Regulations.
Most of our sofas are available with a sofa bed action suitable with occasional use with a 2" thick foam mattress, metal spring 3 fold pullout base in a 3' bed size or 4' bed size.

Bespoke

While we offer several standard sizes, we understand that rooms come in all sizes and shapes so we try to be as flexible as we can.
If you want your sofa to fit a specific place we can tailor make your sofas length, width and height. We can also provide extra firm seat cushions if required.
