Delivery

All orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 7-14 days in peak periods. All our furniture is delivered by our own company with a two-man team which have had many years’ experiences delivering furniture. Delivery is to ground floor doorstep, but we can arrange for the suite to be set up for you (Ground floor only, above ground floor additional charges apply), we can place your sofa or suite into a room of your choice and unwrap and assemble if required. (All packaging must be disposed of by the buyer).
If you do not need a quick deliver but would like to place an order and delay delivery or collection, we can hold your item in storage for as long as required (£150 deposit required). You are more than welcome to collect your item from our storage depot, please call the number above for details.
Sorry we do not deliver to Scotland but can arrange a courier to deliver for you, please contact us for arrangements and prices.

Using soapy water and a microfiber cloth, gently wipe your fabric sofa with the solution, allowing it to soak into the fabric and tackle the dirt beneath the surface. You only want to use a very small amount of water – don’t saturate the material.
Leather
Please ensure you clean and condition your leather regularly to avoid cracking or peeling, your leather can give you many, many years of use if you look after it in the correct way, always moisturise the wearing surfaces regular with a hand lotion or professional leather cleaning kit which can be obtained from SC Furniture.
Please note: Some medications can affect the leather colouring, please ask if you are unsure.
