This is a hard-wearing machine-made rug, when opening, re-roll your rug piles out and leave in a warm room for 24 hours before putting it in place. A small amount of fibre loss is normal on anew rug. Do not pull loose ends threads, please cut them carefully with scissors to remove.
Avoid prolong exposure in direct sunlight as this may cause fading of the colour. Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear and reduce pressure marks from furniture.
Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test on an inconspicuous are first to ensure this will not affect the colour. Clean spills immediately by blotting with clean dry cloth, do not rub stain into the fibres. Vacuum your rug regularly to remove daily dirt. We recommend the use of suction type of vacuum cleaner as a rotary vacuum brush can damage the pile.
