Delivery

Delivery on this item is FREE for England & Wales Only.All deliveries is usually delivered within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 7-14 days in peak periods.
All our furniture is delivered by our own company with a white glove two man team which have had many years’ experience delivering furniture. Delivery into the room usually takes between 10-15 minutes (depending on access), we will place your sofa or suite into a room of your choice and unwrap and assemble if required free of charge.
(All packaging must be disposed of by the buyer).
Please note: we deliver to ground floor only, above ground floor can be a small additional cost, please contact us for prices.
If you do not need a quick deliver but would like to place an order and delay delivery or collection we can hold your item in storage for as long as required (£150 deposit required).
You are more than welcome to collect your item from our storage depot, please call the number above for details.
Sorry we do not deliver to Scotland but can arrange a courier to deliver for you, please contact us for arrangements.

Do I qualify for Finance?
To qualify for finance you must be.
18 Years of age or older
A permanent resident of United Kingdom for the last three years
Regular employment for at least 16 hrs a week, self-employed, retired, on long term invalidity/disability benefit or a house person.
Able to pay the required deposit by debit/credit card upon completion of the finance application
Have no county court judgement's or a history of bankruptcy
Have a UK bank account that accepts direct debit payments
How do I apply for Finance?
Message us and we can e-mail you a link to fill in yourself at home.
You will need to have your bank account details, e-mail address, and proof of identification (driving licence, passport, recent utility bill and employment or income details).
Do I have to pay anything up front?
Yes, there is a minimum of a 10% deposit an all orders taken over £500 but you can choose to pay more if require which will reduce your monthly payments but even if you only pay the minimum deposit you will always only pay 0% interest.
Deposits have to be paid via debit/credit card upon application approval.

Caring for your product

Sofas and chairs are not only vulnerable to surface stains, dust, and dirt, but grime can become deeply embedded into the fibres, too. Even if you can’t see the dirt, it’s there, so for cleanliness and hygiene’s sake, cleaning upholstery on a regular basis is very important – but it doesn’t have to be difficult.
If your sofas and chairs have removable covers, upholstery cleaning is simple: put them through the washing machine, or pop them down to the dry cleaners – just follow the instructions on the label. If your covers are not removable, however, you’ll need some suitable upholstery cleaning products and easy methods to tackle the stains and dirt. Here’s how to clean upholstery swiftly and effectively – leaving you time for more relaxing activities.
Fabric
Using soapy water and a microfiber cloth, gently wipe your fabric sofa with the solution, allowing it to soak into the fabric and tackle the dirt beneath the surface. You only want to use a very small amount of water – don’t saturate the material.
Leather
Please ensure you clean and condition your leather regularly to avoid cracking or peeling, your leather can give you many, many years of use if you look after it in the correct way, always moisturise the wearing surfaces regular with a hand lotion or professional leather cleaning kit which can be obtained from SC Furniture.
Please note: Some medications can affect the leather colouring, please ask if you are unsure.
