The Utah Fabric sofa is made with a solid wood frame structure and then covered in superb strong and durable High Grade Linen Fabric that has a great feel and has been designed to withstand the demands of everyday living, together with a 6″ thick pocketed coil sprung seat cushions and 6” thick high density deep filled back cushions that make the Utah as comfortable as it is stylish.
This model is one of our best sellers due to it being such a great little sofa that just looks fantastic in any room! may it be an office, study room, waiting room or playroom but also looks fantastic in any modern living room!
All seat Cushions are fixed and back cushion are removable but attached with large super stick Velcro strips.

This Listing is for a 3 seater + 2 seater sofa & 1 armchair but you can choose other combination if you require?

Delivery
All deliveries is usually delivered within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 7-14 days in peak periods. All our furniture is delivered by our own company with a white glove two man team which have had many years experience delivering furniture. Delivery into the room usually takes between 10-15 minutes (depending on access), we will place your sofa or suite into a room of your choice and unwrap and assemble if required free of charge. (all packaging must be disposed of by the buyer). If you do not need a quick deliver but would like to place an order and delay delivery or collection we can hold your item in storage for as long as required (£150 deposit required). You are more than welcome to collect your item from our storage depot, please call the number above for details. Sorry we do not deliver to Scotland but can arrange a courier to deliver for you, please contact us for arrangements.

We have sourced the best quality hardwood and plywood timbers to ensure a solid frame structure, All our frames are hand built by our own craftsmen with a strict quality controlled service. Rear back section is completely removable for easy delivery.

Fabric
Using soapy water and a microfiber cloth, gently wipe your fabric sofa with the solution, allowing it to soak into the fabric and tackle the dirt beneath the surface. You only want to use a very small amount of water – don’t saturate the material.
Leather
Please ensure you clean and condition your leather regularly to avoid cracking or peeling, your leather can give you many, many years of use if you look after it in the correct way, always moisturise the wearing surfaces regular with a hand lotion or professional leather cleaning kit which can be obtained from SC Furniture.
